This is black distressed Italian leather cuff. Center setting is a silver tone skull surrounded with spikes, edge is trimmed with metal ball chain. The elements are set with clear resin. The sides of the cuff have bronze finished grommeted holes. The leather strap is new and has 2 sets of peg and holes for adjusting the fit for men or woman. Strap size 10" L X 1.75" D. Long peg size 9" and small peg size 8.25".
